چکیده
Introduction: 10Z-Himenialdicin is a natural product derived from the marine sponge Axinella carteri. It has reported that an anti-angiogenetic effect through NF-κB which produces angiogenic factors such as VEGF and IL-8. Although there no previous report revealed effects of on cancer cells, potential inhibiting prevent metastasis in pancreatic cancer. Method: We investigated cell lines following experiments. 1: Colony formation assay, Cell proliferation assay. 2: Immunocyte chemistry NF-κB, Protein extraction activity assays. 3: Analysis IL-8 level by RT-PCR ELISA. 4: Tube 5: In vivo Result: initially confirmed 10Z-Hymenialdisine significantly inhibited cells. Next, we demonstrated suppressed expression both using Immunohistochemistry lines. also showed tube EA.hy926 vivo, growth (BxPC-3) were subcutaneously injected to mice model. Conclusion: As conclusion, our study antiangiogenic suppressing The novel therapeutic agent for

Xanthohumol inhibits angiogenesis by suppressing nuclear factor‐κB activation in pancreatic cancer
Xantohumol, a prenylated chalcone from hops (Humulus lupulus L.), has been shown to inhibit proliferation in some cancers. However, little is known regarding the effects of xanthohumol in pancreatic cancer. We have previously reported that activation of the transcription factor nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) plays a key role in angiogenesis in pancreatic cancer. In this study, we investigated whethe...
متن کاملAcetylshikonin Inhibits Human Pancreatic PANC-1 Cancer Cell Proliferation by Suppressing the NF-κB Activity
Acetylshikonin, a natural naphthoquinone derivative compound, has been used for treatment of inflammation and cancer. In the present study, we have investigated whether acetylshikonin could regulate the NF-κB signaling pathway, thereby leading to suppression of tumorigenesis. We observed that acetylshikonin significantly reduced proliferation of several cancer cell lines, including human pancre...
متن کاملIPA-3 Inhibits the Growth of Liver Cancer Cells By Suppressing PAK1 and NF-κB Activation
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the major malignancies worldwide and is associated with poor prognosis due to the high incidences of metastasis and tumor recurrence. Our previous study showed that overexpression of p21-activated protein kinase 1 (PAK1) is frequently observed in HCC and is associated with a more aggressive tumor behavior, suggesting that PAK1 is a potential therapeutic ...
متن کاملNumbl inhibits glioma cell migration and invasion by suppressing TRAF5-mediated NF-κB activation
The Notch signaling regulator Numblike (Numbl) is expressed in the brain, but little is known regarding its role in the pathophysiology of glial cells. In this paper, we report that Numbl expression was down-regulated in high-grade human glioma tissue samples and glioblastoma cell lines. To investigate the role of Numbl in glioma migration and invasion, we generated human glioma cell lines in w...
متن کاملIndacaterol Inhibits Tumor Cell Invasiveness and MMP-9 Expression by Suppressing IKK/NF-κB Activation
The β2 adrenergic receptor (ADRB2) is a G protein-coupled transmembrane receptor expressed in the human respiratory tract and widely recognized as a pharmacological target for treatments of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD). Although a number of ADRB2 agonists have been developed for use in asthma therapy, indacaterol is the only ultra-long-acting inhaled β2-agonist (LABA...
